What does working with Jelly look like

We offer three flexible ways to work with us:

3. Custom Project Scope – get a dedicated design partner, with a custom proposal and approach to your project sprint.

How do I get started?

Easy! Here's how:

3. Tell us about your project and choose your preferred working style (package, retainer, or custom).
4. We'll send a proposal and agreement.
5. Pay the 50% deposit to kick things off.
6. We start immediately and create something amazing.

How long does a project usually take?

The exact timeline depends on factors such as project scope, client feedback, the number of revisions, and the complexity of your feedback.

At the start of each project, we’ll set a clear schedule so everyone knows what to expect, with regular check-ins to keep things on track.

With our set packages, expect faster turnarounds with the Logo Package taking about 5-10 days and a Full Brand taking up to 6 weeks.

Do you offer ongoing support after launch?

Absolutely. We offer ongoing support including maintenance, design tweaks, updates, and help with new features.

After a major project, we include a 30-day support window where we handle any minor fixes or adjustments needed. If you’d like continued support beyond that, we can set up a custom retainer based on your needs.

Can I hire you for a one-off design or something not listed in the packages?

Yes! We take on one-off projects like logos, pitch decks, or landing pages. If it’s a good fit, we’re happy to jump in and help.

If you have something larger in mind, we will build you a custom project proposal and scope to get your idea off the ground.

What platforms do you build websites on?

We primarily work with Webflow and Shopify.

The right platform depends on your business needs, location, and how you plan to use the site. We’ll help you choose the best option during the planning phase.

How do payments work?

For fixed-scope projects, we split payments into 50% upfront and 50% upon completion.

For monthly retainers, payments are made at the start of each billing cycle. We accept most major payment methods.

What if I’m not happy with the first concept?

No problem! We include multiple rounds of revisions to ensure you’re completely happy with the final result.

Do you work with clients from any country?

Remote collaboration is our default, and we’ve got it down to a science.
